Interview about the SEYSSO brand with Krzysztof Gałka – Brand Manager at the Warsaw Dental Medica Show 2025

Interview about the SEYSSO brand with Krzysztof Gałka – Brand Manager at the Warsaw Dental Medica Show 2025

From September 4–6, 2025, Warsaw will once again become the center of the dental and aesthetic medicine industry, hosting the 8th edition of the international trade fair and congress Warsaw Dental Medica Show. As part of the congress program, there will be a presentation of the SEYSSO brand, featuring the premiere of the SEYSSO Edge Nova irrigator – an innovative solution setting new standards in oral hygiene. The interview was conducted with Krzysztof Gałka, SEYSSO Brand Manager, who has been associated with the oral care market for over 10 years, and is also a trainer and speaker at major industry events.

Brand and Philosophy

SEYSSO is already a recognized brand in the oral care industry. How would you define the brand’s philosophy and what distinguishes SEYSSO from the competition?
SEYSSO is a Polish brand that from the very beginning has focused on combining advanced technology, elegant design, and a conscious approach to health. Our philosophy is defined by the pursuit of creating products that not only effectively support oral hygiene but also meet the needs of today’s consumer – demanding, quality-oriented, and appreciative of modern solutions. What sets us apart is the consistent combination of innovation with aesthetics and attention to detail, making our products not just tools, but a lifestyle element.

WDMS 2025

The Warsaw Dental Medica Show is one of the most important industry events in Poland. What does participation in this event mean for SEYSSO, and why is your presence at the fair so important?

For us, the Warsaw Dental Medica Show is a key event in the industry calendar. Participation provides an opportunity for direct contact with both professionals and consumers, as well as a space for exchanging knowledge and experience. SEYSSO’s presence at the fair emphasizes our position in the industry and strengthens brand awareness among professionals and end users. It is also an opportunity to present our latest solutions and show that we are continuously developing our offer in line with market trends.

Product Premieres

During WDMS 2025 you will be presenting new products. Could you reveal what visitors can expect at the SEYSSO booth and what innovations you have prepared?

At this year’s edition of the Warsaw Dental Medica Show, we will premiere our latest innovation – the SEYSSO Edge Nova irrigator, which sets a new standard in oral hygiene. This next-generation device combines advanced cleaning technology with an intuitive OLED display, a SmartFlow Precision system allowing precise pressure adjustment, and a set of six specialized tips. Edge Nova also features a built-in UV-C lamp for disinfecting the water tank, an intelligent temperature sensor, and an ergonomic design with a large-capacity reservoir, making daily hygiene even more effective and comfortable.

Industry Trends

What trends are currently shaping the oral care market, and how does SEYSSO respond to the needs of modern consumers? Three key trends are currently shaping the oral care market:

  • Personalization and smart solutions – consumers expect products that adapt to their individual needs and lifestyle.
  • Preventive care – more and more people prefer prevention over treatment, treating daily hygiene as an investment in long-term health.
  • Self-care and well-being – oral hygiene is becoming part of a broader approach to self-care, combining health, aesthetics, and everyday comfort.

SEYSSO responds to these needs by offering technologically advanced solutions that combine effectiveness, elegance, and a responsible approach to modern consumers.

Relationships with Customers and Partners

At your booth, visitors will be able to speak with brand experts. What is most important to you when building relationships with customers and partners during such events?

At events such as WDMS, we primarily focus on dialogue and the exchange of experiences. For us, the most important thing is that customers and partners feel that SEYSSO is not just a brand, but a trusted advisor and partner in building healthy hygiene habits. Our experts are eager to share their knowledge, help select the right solutions, and create opportunities for long-term cooperation.

Invitation to the Booth

Why should visitors stop by the SEYSSO booth during WDMS 2025, and what can they look forward to?

During the Warsaw Dental Medica Show 2025, we invite you to visit the SEYSSO booth, where we will present for the first time our latest irrigator, SEYSSO Edge Nova. This is a great opportunity to get a closer look at innovations that set new standards in oral hygiene, see the latest technological solutions, and speak with our brand experts. Our specialists will be happy to share their knowledge and answer questions about daily care, helping you choose solutions perfectly tailored to your individual needs. The SEYSSO booth is where modern technology meets passion and care for health, which is why we warmly invite everyone who wants to stay up to date with industry trends and innovations.

Krzysztof Gałka

Brand Manager at SEYSSO with over 10 years of experience in the oral care products market. He specializes in sales strategies and training for dental professionals – dentists, assistants, and hygienists.

As a trainer and speaker, he regularly appears at major industry fairs and conferences, sharing knowledge about modern technologies and trends in dental prophylaxis. He creates original educational programs that support the development of sales teams and professionals in effective communication and building relationships with patients.

His goal is not only the growth of the oral care products market but also raising educational standards in this field.

“I Combine Creativity with Precision.” An Interview with Adrianna Świniarska – Dental Hygienist and Dental Technician, Speaker at the Warsaw Dental Medica Show 2025

“I Combine Creativity with Precision.” An Interview with Adrianna Świniarska – Dental Hygienist and Dental Technician, Speaker at the Warsaw Dental Medica Show 2025

From September 4 to 6, 2025, Warsaw will host the 8th edition of the Warsaw Dental Medica Show – an international trade fair and congress for dentistry and aesthetic medicine. The congress program includes, among others, the path “Aligner Treatment from A to Z”, within which Adrianna Świniarska will lead a workshop titled “Office and Laboratory Procedure” in Conference Room 2 (Hall F). This session will focus on the practical aspects of aligner therapy – from documentation and biomechanics planning to cooperation with the laboratory.

Where did your passion for working as a dental hygienist and technician come from? Do you remember the moment when you knew this was “it”?

I’ve always been drawn to white coats – and not in the sense of a career in a chemistry lab, but because of that dental sparkle in the eye. On one hand, I have the instinct of a precise tinkerer; on the other, the need for creative work, so I decided to combine both. The first step was dental technology, which I completed, and as a fun fact – in modeling and drawing classes I often helped my colleagues, because apparently I had a “good hand” for details. And so, partly out of passion and partly out of an innate need for perfection, I found my way into a profession where I can combine creativity with precision.

What myths about the work of a dental hygienist do you most often encounter – and how do you break them?

The most common myth? That a dental hygienist only “cleans teeth” or hands instruments to the doctor. In reality, it’s a profession requiring enormous knowledge, precision, and the ability to work with patients – both in the office and beyond, when we educate them about prevention. I also often hear that it’s repetitive work – whereas in fact, every patient is different, with different needs and challenges, so boredom is not an option.

The dental hygiene unit is an inseparable part of the dental team – and a key stage in prevention. This is where we check the patient’s status, educate them, and put our heart into ensuring they leave with more than just “a completed appointment.” The point is for them to want and be able to apply the skills that will help them care for their oral health every day, not just from one check-up to the next.

What does your workday look like – is it possible to balance the lab, office, and training?

Oh, absolutely! My schedule is tight, but I love my job – it’s my passion. Combining work in the office, in the lab, and conducting trainings gives me immense satisfaction, because every day looks different. I can express myself creatively, guide patients throughout their treatment, train dental teams, and put my whole heart into it. The fact that I can share my knowledge and experience is of great value to me. And with good organization, I also find time for myself and my other passions – because balance is just as important as a perfect smile.

Are there moments in this job that bring you particular satisfaction? What gives you the most joy in working with patients or teams?

I’m deeply happy that I can share the best of myself – the desire to help others. That’s where I find the greatest satisfaction and motivation. Nothing gives me more joy than a patient’s genuine smile or the gratitude of the team I work with. These little, everyday moments remind me why I chose this path and why I still do it with such commitment.

Are there any trends in dentistry that particularly interest or inspire you lately?

For me, number one is definitely aligner treatment. It’s a technique developing at an incredible pace, and more and more often you hear that in many clinics it’s beginning to replace fixed braces. And it’s no wonder – it’s comfortable for the patient, precise, and thanks to digitalization, we can plan treatment with great accuracy. Since my student days, I’ve been fascinated by orthodontics and the enormous changes it can bring to a patient’s smile and confidence. The technological progress in this field is inspiring and makes our work even more effective and exciting.

You are active in education – in your opinion, how is the approach to training hygienists and technicians in Poland changing?

I’m very glad that today the education of hygienists and technicians is gaining new energy – largely thanks to social media and trends on TikTok. We have access to many valuable profiles that present knowledge in an engaging and accessible way. This freshness is also felt in trainings – we increasingly see openness to new technologies and the exchange of experience between generations. I’m very happy to be a part of this, including as a speaker at this year’s fair. I believe that we, the younger generation, have a lot to contribute – this is our time and our technologies. And the best part is that we can learn from each other, regardless of age or years of practice.

If you had to encourage a young person to enter the world of dentistry, what would you say?

Don’t be afraid. Give yourself time and space to discover your path in dentistry. Look for what truly fascinates you, and when you find it – dive into it 100%. Take joy in your work, have fun with it, and live it in such a way that it becomes your passion. And if it turns out it’s not the right fit – that’s okay too. Use the time to observe and then choose the path that’s best for you.

And privately – what relaxes you, inspires you, and gives you new energy outside your professional world?

I love animals – I have two cats and a dog, which I jokingly call my kids. They teach me calmness, mindfulness, and that everyone has the right to go their own way… especially cats. Beyond that, my trainer gives me a huge amount of energy – he showed me that exercise can be enjoyable, interesting, and have a medical dimension as well: teaching you to listen to your body, correct posture, and act without pressure but with discipline. Recently I’ve also become fascinated with martial arts, and I’ve returned to dancing. I like being in motion, I like when things are happening – that’s who I am.

Specialist Profile

Adrianna Świniarska – certified dental hygienist and dental technician with over 12 years of laboratory experience and 10 years of clinical practice. She works in dental offices as a hygienist, supporting doctors not only during patient visits but above all in planning comprehensive orthodontic treatment. At the same time, she works in the laboratory, where she thoroughly analyzes diagnostic documentation and materials collected together with doctors, which allows for precise and predictable aligner therapy. On a daily basis, she remains in constant contact with medical teams, combining clinical and technical perspectives. She runs a laboratory where proprietary aligners are created and conducts trainings for doctors and hygienists in the field of aligner treatment.
