It focuses on practical guidance for daily oral care, selection of appropriate products, and management of complications such as ulcers, infections, or dry mouth. During the session, the most common side effects of oncological treatment affecting the oral cavity will be discussed, along with their impact on the course of therapy and the patient’s quality of life. The lecture will emphasize the importance of collaboration between the oncology and dental teams to minimize the risk of serious complications and prevent interruptions in cancer treatment.
